Devils Visit Boston Bruins In Final Road Game of 2018 (Thank Goodness)

The New Jersey Devils are taking on the Boston Bruins at TD Garden tonight at 7:00. We are all aware of the Devils struggles on the road with a 3-12-3 record. That is beyond abysmal and New Jersey will look to turn it around in their final game of the 2018 calendar year, although they notoriously struggle against Boston. To make the challenge even greater, they’ll have to earn a victory without two of their top-six forwards.

DAB Pregame: Devils Hope To Avoid Season Sweep Against Lightning

Now, the shoe is on the other foot, as the Bolts have won both games played so far in blowout fashion. The Devils will have home ice advantage against Tampa Bay for the first time this season tonight, so there is reason to be optimistic as the Devils have performed well on home ice and abysmal on the road. New Jersey is looking to avoid a season sweep at the hands of the Tampa Bay Lightning while also hoping to end a five-game losing streak when the puck drops tonight at the Rock at 7pm.
