Overview
The New Jersey Devils look to finish out this three-game road trip on a high note in Arizona. This is their first game since the Arizona Coyotes relocated to Arizona State University’s renovated arena that seats less than 5,000 people.
Since the new year the Devils have been red hot with a record of 17-4-4. The Coyotes have been on the opposite side of that spectrum, holding a record of just 8-15-1 since January 1st.
Overall, the Devils hold a record of 40-15-6 and are second place in the Metropolitan Division. The Coyotes are 21-35-9 and sit seventh in the Central Division.

Keys to the Game
It’s Likely Timo Time!
After being acquired by the Devils a week ago today, Timo Meier has not participated in either of the two games New Jersey has played since then. After a full practice with contact skating with Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt, Meier appears ready to go. When that trio builds up some chemistry, they could be one of the best line combinations in the entire NHL.
Clayton Keller
While the Coyotes lineup may be filled with a bunch of rookies and players that make you think, “who?” Clayton Keller is not one of them. The 24-year-old forward is having one of the best seasons of his career picking up 59 points in 62 games thus far.
Keller has been a bright spot on a Coyotes team that’s struggled to say the least this season. Their 51 points rank 28th in the NHL out of 32 teams.
Tonight’s game is scheduled for a 7:00 PM ET and can be seen on MSG SportsNet.
