The Devils are looking to make the Rock a formidable place to play by improving their record to 3-0-0 on home ice. The fans have been “electric” according to Coach Hynes and many of the players have fed off the energy.
Tonight they face-off against the AZ Coyotes, who are at the bottom of the standings and own an abysmal 0-4-0 road record, and hive up so this might be a great time for the Devils to get their offense in high gear.
Some notables:
Taylor Hall has been a force on both ends of the ice and has been a huge catalyst for the team, especially after netting the GWG against the Wild. The lines are something of a carousel this week as the offense continues to search for chemistry. Pavel Zacha continues to make his presence felt and has earned a spot centering the top line along side Palmieri and Hall. Henrique will work with Bennett and DSP while Reid Boucher finds himself back in the lineup slotted in on the 4th line and will look to make an impression on the coaching staff. The Devils haven’t scored more than 2 goals in a game yet this season but they’ll look to break that tonight.
Expected line up:
Taylor Hall – Pavel Zacha – Kyle Palmieri
Mike Cammalleri – Travis Zajac – P.A. Parenteau
Beau Bennett – Adam Henrique – Devante Smith-Pelly
Sergei Kalinin – Vern Fiddler – Reid Boucher
Andy Greene – Damon Severson
John Moore – Ben Lovejoy
Yohann Auvitu – Kyle Quincey
Cory Schneider
