What to Watch For:
M-V-P!!! M-V-P!!!
Those were the chants after Jack Hughes’ two goals were announced Monday night, and it’s warranted. Hughes is currently third in the league in goals with 35 and eighth in overall points with 67. He is 16 points ahead of the Devils’ second leading scorer who is currently Jesper Bratt. More impressively he is 14 goals ahead of the Devils’ second leading goal scorer, Nico Hischier.
Injury Bug Infests Seattle
While the Devils are finally getting healthy, Seattle has been getting hit with the injury bug. Goaltender Chris Dreidger and forward Jonas Donskoi have been out most of the year thus far. Jaden Schwartz, Matty Beniers, and Justin Schultz are all currently day-to-day and questionable to play tonight.
Where To Watch
Tonight’s game is scheduled for a 7:00 P.M. ET puck drop. The game at the Prudential Center can be seen on MSG.
